Teaching Assistant – Specialist SEND School (Birmingham)
We are looking for a caring and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in the South Birmingham area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with a range of needs, including SEND, SEMH, and other additional learning requirements.
You’ll work closely with teachers and support staff to help create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment—one where every pupil is encouraged to reach their full potential.
This role is well-suited to individuals with experience supporting pupils with special educational needs, either in a mainstream school, SEN setting, or alternative provision. Whether you’re an experienced TA or looking to take the next step in your education career, you’ll benefit from a structured support system and ongoing professional development.
