Year 4 Teacher – Edgebaston

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children in year 4, fostering their development in an impactful way during the most important point in primary to make a brighter future!

What we’re after :

• Excellent planning & communication
• Relevant qualification (QTS/PGCE) – ECT’s are encouraged to apply
• Passion for education
• Enhanced DBS required
• References to cover the last 2 years (minimum of 2)

The right candidates will need to demonstrate a clear passion for teaching. You will need to have good punctuality and good personal organisational skills.

• Creating a safe and stimulating environment
• Encouraging social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Liaising with parents and carers
• Mentoring and assessing the children’s progress
