Year 5 Teacher – Kidderminster

First For Education are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to work at a welcoming primary school in Kidderminster. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils during a key stage of their learning journey.

The Role

As a Year 5 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver creative, inclusive, and well-structured lessons in line with the National Curriculum

  • Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential academically and personally

  • Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence

  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress effectively

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK

  • Has experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (Year 5 experience desirable but not essential)

  • Demonstrates strong classroom management skills

  • Is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high standards of teaching and learning

  • Has a genuine passion for supporting children’s development
