An Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ Primary School in Alum Rock is on the lookout for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join their inclusive and welcoming team. 🧩 About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll be working closely with children who have SEND and/or SEMH needs, providing essential one-to-one and small group support that promotes both learning and wellbeing. You’ll work hand-in-hand with experienced teachers, SEN professionals, and a Trust that truly values inclusion.


We’re Looking For:

  • Experience supporting pupils with SEND and/or SEMH (in school or similar settings)

  • A calm, consistent and empathetic approach

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Passion for education and a belief in every child’s potential

  • A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
