First For Education are currently recruiting a motivated and enthusiastic P.E Teacher to work with one of our partner secondary schools in the Bromsgrove area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate educator who is committed to promoting physical activity, teamwork, and student wellbeing.

You must hold a QTS status to be considered for this position

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive Physical Education lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

• Encourage participation, confidence, and a positive attitude towards physical health

• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Support extracurricular activities and school sports where possible

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds QTS/QTLS 

• Has experience teaching P.E within a secondary school setting (ECTs welcome to apply)

• Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills

• Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to making a positive impact

• Has a good understanding of safeguarding and child protection
