Cover Supervisor 

First For Education is seeking passionate individuals to fill a Cover Supervisor role at one of our client schools located in the Kidderminster area. We have both full-time and day-to-day positions available, starting immediately.

What they are looking for:

• The right candidates will need to demonstrate a clear passion for teaching.
• You will need to have good punctuality and good personal organisational skills.
• A Degree would be desirable. 
• Someone capable of supervising the work that has been set on the lesson plan provided, using the necessary resources that have also been provided.
• Someone confident in managing the behaviour of pupils in line with the school’s behaviour policy.
• Experience working in a school is desirable, however, full training will be provided.
• Passion for secondary education.

All our staff, including classroom supply teachers who register with us, must hold a valid, enhanced disclosure. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service or you must apply for a new one. We can help with that.
