Are you looking to gain valuable classroom experience before teacher training, or seeking a flexible role in education?

Are you confident in managing a classroom and supporting students, even without formal teaching qualifications?

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre-prepared lessons in the absence of the class teacher

• Supervise classes and keep students on task

• Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies

• Provide feedback to teachers on pupil progress and behaviour

• Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)

• Confidence to manage classroom situations

• Strong communication and organisation skills

• A flexible and proactive approach

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
