Are you a passionate and dedicated Spanish Teacher looking for your next opportunity in the Birmingham area?
First for Education are working in partnership with a range of welcoming and successful secondary schools across Birmingham to recruit an enthusiastic Teacher of Spanish. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teacher or Early Career Teacher (ECT) to inspire students and promote a love of languages and culture.
As a Spanish Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)
Create an inclusive classroom environment that motivates all learners
Prepare students for assessments and examinations
Support the development of speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Spanish
Contribute to departmental planning and wider school initiatives
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
Strong subject knowledge in Spanish and modern languages
Experience teaching at secondary level (KS3–KS4)
Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
