English Teacher 

Are you passionate about English literature and language? First For Education are working with a school rated ‘Good’ in Shropshire, who are looking to welcome an English teacher to their team on a part time basis. This position is to start in the new academic year to teach KS3 & KS4 English.

What they are looking for:

You may be looking for more flexibility in your work life whilst still making an impact on the education of children. The right candidates will need to demonstrate a clear passion for teaching. You will need to have good punctuality and good personal organisational skills.

• QTS or PGCE qualification in the UK
• A recent education-based reference
• Knowledge of the KS3 & KS4 English curriculum
• Good behaviour management techniques
• Enhanced DBS required.
• 2x references

All our staff, including classroom supply teachers who register with us, must hold a valid, enhanced disclosure. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service or you must apply for a new one. We can help with that.

All new staff are interviewed by an FFE consultant.
