1-1 Teaching Assistant In Worcester

First For Education are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to work at one of our client schools located in Worcester. The successful candidate will support children with their educational and behavioural development, working collaboratively to provide the best support possible. This is a part-time, long term role.

What they are looking for:

• Someone with the relevant Level 2 teaching assistant qualification or above (CACHE or Equivalent)
• Someone who can provide support on a 1-1 or small group basis.
• Someone with good time management and who is dependable and punctual.
• Someone who can effectively manage classroom behaviours in line with the school’s policies and expectations.
• Someone with experience in SEND

All our staff, including classroom supply teachers who register with us, must hold a valid, enhanced disclosure. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service or you must apply for a new one. We can help with that.
