First for Education are currently recruiting for a Primary Teacher to work in a Primary School in Worcester. The roles will involve teaching across KS1 and KS2 and covering a variety of subjects.

Main responsibilities of this role include:

• Covering classes with lesson plans left by the teacher – NO planning required.
• General teaching opportunities, meaning you can teach a variety of subjects.
• Flexibility – you choose the number of days and which days you want to work.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Being a positive role model for students

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a PGCE or other recognised teaching qualification.
• The ability to build relationships and trust with students and peers.
• An energetic approach to teaching
