What is a supply teacher?
A supply teacher is a person who teaches a school class when the regular teacher is unavailable; e.g., because of illness, personal leave, or other reasons.
Our supply teacher roles can be on a day to day basis or longer term roles. Day to day work can mean supply teachers work in many different schools. They may be required to cover a lesson, a morning, an afternoon or a full day. The work is varied at different year groups to suit the teacher. Longer term roles can mean regular work at the same school from a day a week to full time.
