Teaching Assistant role in Redditch

First for Education are working on behalf of a primary school in Redditch who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long term contract that may become permanent. They are looking for this role to start after the May half-term.

What you will need:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification – ideally a Level 3 but they are able to take a Level 2 for this role.
• The ability to step into this role with confidence and experience.
• The ability to make the lessons interesting and engaging for the students.
• A sound knowledge of the curriculum.
• A great behaviour manager who promotes inclusivity.
• Ideally you will have a DBS on the update service, although if not you will need to have a new check completed.
