Textiles Teacher

First For Education are seeking to appoint an excellent textiles teacher  who is an enthusiastic, innovative and engaging teacher of textiles to join one of our fabulous client schools! We are looking for a teacher who is able to create engaging and innovative lesson plans, demonstrate effective teaching practices and strong behaviour management skills. This role is located Dudley & Sandwell.

What they are looking for:

You may be looking for more flexibility in your work life whilst still making an impact on the education of children. The right candidates will need to demonstrate a clear passion for teaching. You will need to have good punctuality and good personal organisational skills.

• Hold QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification.
• At least 2 year’s minimum experience working in Secondary Schools
• Sound knowledge of the British curriculum.
• Enhanced DBS required.
• 2x references

All our staff, including classroom supply teachers who register with us, must hold a valid, enhanced disclosure. We can cross-check a current one through the DBS update service or you must apply for a new one. We can help with that.

All new staff are interviewed by an FFE consultant.
