Year 2 Teacher role in Redditch

First for Education are currently seeking a Year 2 Teacher for a role for the rest of the academic year at a school in Redditch. This role comes with full class responsibility and you will have a teaching assistant to support you.

What we are looking for in a candidate:

• The relevant teaching qualification – you can be an ECT for this role.
• Ability to step into this role with confidence and experience.
• Able to make the lessons interesting and engaging for the students.
• A sound knowledge of the curriculum with specific experience in Year 2.
• Can plan lessons and attend meetings (Including parents evenings)
• A great behaviour manager who promotes inclusivity.
• Must have an enhanced DBS on the update service ideally (if not you will need to have a new check completed).
